Project Description
CLIENT:  NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service
EVENT:  New Years Eve on Clark Island

VENUE: Clark Island, Sydney Harbour, 450 pax

Clark  Island  is  perhaps  one  of  the  most spectacular  locations  in  the  Sydney  Harbour  precinct.    It  is  truly  unique  and  considered  the  jewel  in  the  crown,  especially  as  a  venue  to  host  a  New  Years  Eve  event.    So  the  island  itself  presents  a  unique  opportunity  to  develop  a  long  term  brand  for  NSW  National  Parks.

The  event  was  branded  ‘Island  Lounge’.

The  challenge  was  to  create  an  event  that  ensures ” All  guests  truly  enjoy  their  experience  from  the  moment  they  log  on  to  the  website  to  the  moment  they  step  off  the  ferry  at  the  end  of  the  evening  ” The  Office  of  Environment  &  Heritage,  NSW  National  Parks  &  Wildlife  Service  brand  was  enhanced  by  providing  guests  with  a  truly  premium  event  so  that  future  events  located  at  NPWS  precincts  are  sellouts.

All  this  was  achieved  with  ringing  praises  from  guests. The  key  to  success  of  this  event  was  smooth  logistics,  ensuring  guests  could  truly  enjoy  their  experience.

•  Ticketing
•  Logistics of transfer of all equipment by barge
•  Ferry Transfers
•  Food  &  Beverage
•  Décor
•  Technical Delivery
•  Guest Amenity
