Client: South African Tourism Event: National Geographic Competition Launch Venue: Circular Quay, Sydney Pax: approximately 3,000 people interacted The brief was to create an activity that enticed the public to enter a competition to win a trip to South Africa. With only 5 weeks notice, Verve Creative Events developed a creative concept that involved an 8.5m rock climbing wall, stunt BMX performers, spruiker, signage, sound system and camera support. We obtained priority early clearance from the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, a process that usually takes two months. A post event highlights video was produced within 24 hours of the end of the promotion. The entire event took place with full client trust, as the client was unavoidably overseas.
